Free gets you one draft. The season gets you all of it.

Every concert’s program, the season book, the press handoff, the announcement email, the posts, the poster, the ad sales, the donors, the archive. For every concert, all season, one price for the whole organization. Standing Room adds the chasing. We take no cut of your ads, your tickets or your donations.

Studio

$240a season

One price for the organization. Not per person, not per concert.

The program, the season book, and the insert for every concert The press handoff — their file spec, your file, no phone call Announcement email, social posts, poster Ad sales: rate card, buyer links, proofs, invoices Donors, texts & translations, the archive Handoff links for artists, volunteers and your treasurer You do the chasing

Standing Room

$900a season

Everything above, and we do the chasing.

Artwork reminders, unpaid invoices, unanswered handoff links Player confirmations chased; stale details flagged before they print A dead ticket link found by us, not by a stranger in the lobby Tuesday morning: three decisions, not forty tasks Never a new recipient, anything about money, or a first send without you Never negotiates, never signs, never raises a price

Free until you send something signed with your name.

Describe a concert, build the program, download the PDF and print it — no account, no card, no watermark, no time limit. The charge arrives the first time Seasonata sends something out as your organization: to a press, or to your audience. That file is yours whether or not you ever pay us.

Twenty organizations start free this fall.

The whole studio at no cost through December. We take your attendance baseline before you start, you tell us the number in the room after each concert, and in January you decide. Apply for the founding season.

Why a season and not a month?

Because your year isn’t monthly. The budget line reads “the season,” the board approves it once, and nobody should be paying us in July for a product they’ll next open in September.

Is there a trial?

No — and there’s nothing to expire. Everything up to the moment you send is free permanently, which is a better trial than fourteen days that run out while a volunteer is waiting on a bio.

How many people can use it?

Everyone who helps. The account belongs to the organization, not to whoever set it up — so when your volunteer steps down, the rates, the advertisers and the history stay with you.

Do you take a percentage of ad sales?

No. Not of ads, not of tributes, not of anything. A cut would make our rate-card advice and our renewal reminders worth doubting, and you’d be right to doubt them. Card fees are Stripe’s and go to Stripe; the money your advertisers pay lands in your account, never ours.

What happens if we stop paying?

Your programs, your donor list, your archive and every file you made stay yours and stay exportable. We don’t hold a season hostage.

We’re a chorus of nine people. Is this still $240?

Yes, and if that’s genuinely wrong for your group, write to us. One price for the whole organization, however small — and if it is still wrong for yours, that is a conversation worth having rather than a form to fill in.
